WhatsApp has become a major necessity in modern communication both individually and as group. During an unprecedented time like COVID-19 pandemic, it increased the utilization of social media among society developed new norms its users, especially grandparents. This study emphasises various real-life activities undertaken by grandparents detailed research regarding administrators group chat. A qualitative approach consisting in-depth interviews have been carried out family members order to gather all information-involving informants. In addition, aims gain broader perspective informants' view their becoming administrator Results this revealed that relationships became strengthened between other members, with grandchildren.
